Only if the father of the boyfriend petitions the court and is awarded guardianship. Or the 16 year old can petition the court for emancipation, which is seldom granted.

At 16 you are still a minor and therefore your parents have the authority to decide where you live. In regard to emancipation, just be aware that not every state has emancipation laws.
