The judge will grant it without your parent's consent if you can prove it's in your best intrest and that you can support and take care of yourself. This means you need a job, you have to show proof of rent and other bills that you are paying and you have to show records of your grades. Letters from teachers and how you are doing would be helpful in deciding in your favor.
