NO, IF THE CHILD IS NOT ON THE LEASE. IF THE HOUSE IS OWNED BY THE GRANDMOTHER THAN THE CHILD STILL CAN'T LIVE THERE BECAUSE HE/SHE IS NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE
