I am 22 years old and my best friend who is 21 has a 16 year old cousin that is going through something very similar to what you are describing. I am no expert, but I would do what my friend's cousin did which is to go to some one you can trust such as a trusting family member or the parents of a close frinend that you feel you can trust. Let them know what is going on and hopefully they will go to the proper authorities to report the abuse. it might be hard to do because I know you love your parents no matter what but they need a wake up call and hopefully this will be it for them. It did work for my friend's cousin and after several months of family counseling he and his family are doing great and for once in a long time he is happy to have a loving, caring family again.
