In my opinion it is not okay. I really think you should end it. This type to thing often happens when an older male is attempting to take advantage of a younger female. Do not allow it because i believe her parent probably don't know about this relationship and they probably wouldn't approve.

There are no laws about dating. There are specific laws about sexual activity and the age difference is large enough that he would be charged in most places.

Note that the question says "date", not "have sex with". In most locations it would be considered statutory rape for them to have sex.

I hope so, but as far as I know unless they are leagally married its still illegal if dating means sexuals relations it's almost everywhere illegal (even with parents consent!)
