From 1988 to 1995 ALL the V-8 engines are the same and will interchange with NO problems.
Answer to your question is, If the 350 that your wanting to install in the 94 is under the year 1988 then you will have to make some changes to the fuel system and engine sensors to make the engine run RIGHT. It would be to your best interest to install the correct engine. From 88 to 95 and you will have NO PROBLEMS and will be done with it.

No it did not. The 4L80E transmissions were only used in the 3/4 tons.The 1/2 tons had the 4L60E trans. in them.
