Legally, no. Texas Law states that a minor can not engage in a relationship with an adult who is more than 3 years older than the minor. Legally a 17 year old could date someone as old as 20 but no older. Wait until you are 18 an you can date anyone you wish, unless they are a minor.

well, legally, an 11 year old can date a 19 year old as long as sex isn't involved. if there is sex in the relationship, then the 19 year old can be arrested for statutory rape, as the age of consent in Texas is 17.

however, an eleven year old and a nineteen year old are at two completely different points in their emotional and sexual development. Most people would strongly discourage this relationship. 11 is also much to young to be considering sex, you're not even a teenager yet. You should enjoy your childhood before ruching to mature :)
