As Long as Your Alero has a 3.4, You should be good.
#1 - You will need to change the timing cover, some of the pulleys are in a different spot.
#2 - The motor mounts are different, they will need to be changed over.
#3 - The fuel rails connect in a different spot on the engine, you can change them if you want, but it's not necessary.
FYI - 3.4 is notorious for Lower Intake Manifold Issues until 2004. The gaskets leak because they are plastic. If you're going to buy a used motor, look for coolant in the oil and around that manifold area first before you buy. The gasket set is about $120, and it takes a few hours to replace them.
