∙ 12y agoNo it cannot a four week old puppy should not even be away from its mother yet. But if you want to feed it any kind of formula give it puppy formula. Baby formula does not have enough nutrition for a growing puppy. And if you watched dogs 101 puppy edition. You would know that puppies grow extremely fast. When the four week old puppy turns 6 months it will most likely be about the size of a full grown chihuahua depending on what breed it is. Hope this helped .^.^
