Can a NR video be rated?

"NR" stands for "Not Rated." all films are not rated at some point in their history. A film distributor can decide to leave a film as NR or can decide to have it rated.

Sometimes a rating has not yet been set for certain movies, so they put NR on the trailers. Later, the film is rated and the trailer is changed.

For example, on some movie previews they say " This Film is NOT YET rated." Later they show the preview again and you may not notice it, but a rating is shown.
