Nope. Not even a close race, actually. Mostly due to the substantial power and weight differences between the two cars. The early 2000s GS430 was an upper 14 sec 1/4 mile car and would consistently trap around 95-100 mph. The mid-late 2000s GS430 was slightely quicker, and would pull 1/4 miles in the low to mid 14s trapping at about 100 mph.
The CLK550 runs solid low 13s in the 1/4m E.T.'s and traps at just under 110 mph.
