Of course. Why wouldn't it be? Cat food is alright on the weekends and ONLY weekends.
Edit: WHY on earth have you suggested feeding CAT FOOD to a reptile - since WHEN would a Bearded Dragon find cat food to eat in its NATURAL environment ! Stick to recognised natural food - or make sure you have good access to a local specialist VET - you're gonna need one !!

Bearded Dragons can eat locust, crickets, waxworms, pinkies, mealworms, and they also eat salad but you cant feed them iceberg letuce and spinach.
You shouldn't feed them pinkies until they are older.
