No only Sony PS2 and early PS3 with 4 USB ports can play PlayStation games. PS2 games were not designed for PC to play. They computer does not have the software to run the games and the hardware is not programmed and designed like a Gaming console.

Put them on a CD, and then you can. You cannot upload them to the PlayStation 2 itself. But it CAN play the CD.
