No. this is because a dimmer switch increases resistance to produce less light. in other words, the dimmer switch converts the electrical energy into other forms such as heat by increasing resistance and is thus not saving energy, but wasting it.
Yes, a dimmer control when used to keep lights below their full power can save energy. But frequent dimming could shorten the life of your bulb.
help mower!
The plan to reduce energy costs are to switch from fossil fuel to nuclear energy because nuclear energy can be recycled to help the earth so it doesn't pollute! Plus their is more nuclear energy than fossil fuel so therefore you pay less.
Teens can take simple steps to help stop global warming. A few of these steps would be to switch to clean energy, travel green, reduce waste and use less energy.
I'd replace the bulbs first. If that doesn't help, I'd suspect the dimmer switch. I've replaced that stalk (turn sig. dimmer, cruise, headlight switch) in my '96. It's not a bad DIY job and the new stalk was about $60 at AutoZone.
I am not an expert, but i had similar problem on wifes nova. it turned out to be the dimmer switch,I would check it to make sure you are getting power in and out of it(with a test light)a dimmer switch is not that exspensive. it should be located on the steering column if you dim your lights from the turn signal switch. Hope this will help you out.
A switch, turn it all off.

Through switching on a light or turning on a kettle is a way of using our energy because when you switch on something that electricity is using energy to help it to switch on..

Understanding energy consumption will help you manage how you use energy. With better use of energy, you can reduce your utility bills.
== == more than likely your dimmer switch is bad, hope that will help
Any alternative energy source can help achieve this. The question is whether you can find a practical way to use such energy.
