NO...not in GA anyway. You are automatically denied for being a "law breaker", however your income does count. Even if you have sucessfully completed jail, rehab and probation you are not eligible.

∙ 10y agoYes, Georgia is one of the 10 states that still has a ban on felons convicted of felony drug crimes from accessing food stamps. Bills to repeal these laws have been created, but have failed to gain traction.
