Not unless the fax machine is designed to monitor the line and answer when the fax tone is heard. It is most often not automatic.
If it is a different outlet but the same subscribed phone line you should have no problems. If you plan on taking your modem to another location (different phone number) this will not work.
encryption
well they both work automatically
A Dual SIM cell phone allows you to have two phone accounts on the same phone. For instance, having a work phone account and personal phone account on the same line. Another use would be for someone who travels and different plans are better in different countries.
You don't need a Home Phone. But you need a Phone Line!
On a single phone line, no. But alot of times in the USA the phone line coming into the house actually has 2 lines on it, these can be set to use one or the other line, allowing two modens to function in that house, even though they are actually using different lines. (does require the activation of the second phone line with your phone carrier, often a lesser cost than the first line was)
If you purchase it off of your cell phone, it should automatically become your ringback tone.
Typically not, these terminals communicate basically the same way as a fax or dial up modem, they generally need an analogue phone line to work, but I have seem terminals work on digital phone lines before, its just never guaranteed. However there is a device called a filter that you can get through your digital phone provider that should make it work.
They are separate systems in your phone line. The DSL is a digital signal that has nothing to do with the analog phone signal. The bandwidth of a phone line is large enough to handle both with no issues.
Sometimes the line just wont work. It should come back on unless there is a major problem
Yes, on a dial-up or DSL connection.
They both work automatically, ie, controlled by the autonomic nervous system
