Under the licensing laws of most states I am familiar with, probably not. You MAY be able to become a Pharmacy Technician. However, since you would be working around and with controlled medications I would also check that out with your state pharmacy licensing agency.

--- North Carolina and California DO allow Felons to become Physicians, so Pharamcists are also possibly felons in those states. I think Florida may also be lax. It depends on the crime, how long ago it was, and behavior since. Also your academic achievement level.

Yes, a felon can become a pharmacist. If a person can graduate pharmacy school and get a degree, then they are eligible to apply for any job.
