Some types can be, others can't. You'd have to be more specific.

(Rule of thumb: "violent" felonies can't be expunged, others may be. There are exceptions, and whether it CAN be or not, whether a given one IS is up to a court to decide.)

Added: You MAY qualify if you were convicted of a state offense. If you were convicted of a federal offense, the state of Alabama cannot help you.

Forever. Even if you are able to get said felony expunged, the record of the arrest would remain forever. There would also be evidence that the viewer of a criminal background check would be able to use to infer a past felony record. You did the crime, the sad fact of American justice is that everything gets you a life sentence.

Not if it was a valid conviction. Although you can go to a laywer and get some of your rights back as in voting or being able to use a gun to hunt.

Yes, some felonies can be expunged from a persons record in the state of Oklahoma. A request will need to be filed in District Court for the record to be expunged.
