A fish will not drown in water if it gets a hole in its fin. Lots of fish (like piranhas) nip holes into other fish's fins as a source of food because fins grow back quickly. if he is not swiming properly or just sitting on the bottom of the tank, it can mean he may have an infection... keep an eye on it
Yes, a fish can drown in both water and oxygen.
Yes, If you take it's tail and drag it backwards
Technically they would suffocate, as drowning is the deprevation of oxygen via liquid entering the lungs.
Yes, generally.
If you mean drown then no, fish have gills that extract oxygen from the water as it passes Through their gills but they suffocate when the flow of water stops passing through the gills or there is a lack of oxygen in the water or when brought out of the water
You can actually drown any animal if you trap it then and suffocate it with the water.
any type of catfish, eg butterfly plec. any type of loach, eg, weather loach.
Sharks cannot swim backwards. Unlike the fins of telelosts (bony fish), sharks' pectoral fins do not bend upwards, and so they are unable to back up. Sharks are also unable to stop swimming suddenly.
Most places with water. It really depends on the type of fish. Here are some examples of fishes in certain places: A fish bowl - Goldfish A lake/river - (Correct if wrong:) Salmon An ocean - Manta Of course, there are many other places and MANY more fish.
Yes, you can drown in any water.
You have to drown Huang (your charecter) by driving him, in any given vehicle, into water. Hope this helped :)
Yes a fish can drown if they are kept in water completely devoid of oxygen and they are unable to get to the surface to desperately gasp for their lives. Fish breathe oxygen, not water, they filter oxygen out the water through their gills. If the water has no oxygen, they effectively suffocate.

All and any who might fall into water might drown.
Any place that has water (not tap water,a pool,or any chlorined substace or any type of water you can drink.).

A fish would drown in water that is not sufficiently oxygenated.Actually the question is not a silly as it sounds and does not only occur when there is not enough oxygen in the water. Under the right conditions (or in this case, the wrong conditions) a fish can actually drown just as surely as a human can. Drowning is caused by suffocation in a body of water, it is accurate to say a fish that is starved of oxygen while in the water has in fact drowned. Fish breathe by taking in oxygen from the water and if the body of water they are living has a depleted oxygen supply, then the fish must either move to a new, oxygen rich area, or drown. During summer months in particular, the deep lakes' oxygen supply can easily become depleted due to animal respiration and decay of vegetation. This causes large groups of fish to die, as they very often refuse to move out of the oxygen-less region. There are even some species of fish that have developed such complex respiratory systems that they can only breath outside of the water. Fish, such as the Climbing Perch fish, can get out of a body of water and survive on land, but many need to breathe our air as well as gaining oxygen in the water. If these fish are forced to stay under water, they will not gain the necessary oxygen they need to survive, resulting in the fish drowning. The Climbing Perch have a respiratory system that is dependent on our oxygen rich air and the fish will drown if forced to stay underwater for to long, no matter how much oxygen is in the water.
they can adapt to any type of temperature in any types of water
no, the water will them into the ocean and drown them
yes, with any plant you can over water and KILL it
Humans are developed to breathe air by gas exchange in the lungs. We do not have the physical capability, like fish, to have a gas exchange with water. -- Also, because your heart is pumping and you need a lot of oxygen for your blood. The same with any physical activity.
