Nah man.
Everyone has rights to bear arm.
But need a permit.
right to bear arms is a constitutional right. if you have no felony convictions, i know you can have one. if you have been in a mental institution you cant have one. if you have a job in law enforcement you can have one but you need to ask Immigration. call and ask concerning hunting with a gun. you don't want to alarm anyone so if you ask "i have been invited to go hunting this winter but don't know if i am suppose to have or use a firearn of any kind, can you inform me? that way they won't get the wrong idea.
= Alien's license to carry firearms - Exception. =
(1) It is a class C felony for any person who is not a citizen of the United States to carry or possess any firearm, without first having obtained an alien firearm license from the director of licensing. In order to be eligible for a license, an alien must provide proof that he or she is lawfully present in the United States, which the director of licensing shall verify through the appropriate authorities. Except as provided in subsection (2)(a) of this section, and subject to the additional requirements of subsection (2)(b) of this section, the director of licensing may issue an alien firearm license only upon receiving from the consul domiciled in this state representing the country of the alien, a certified copy of the alien's criminal history in the alien's country indicating the alien is not ineligible under RCW 9.41.040 to own, possess, or control a firearm, and the consul's attestation that the alien is a responsible person.

Also,
= Alien firearms license = The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has told law enforcement agencies it is against federal law to use federal databases for background checks if they share the results with a non-criminal justice agency such as the Department of Licensing. As a result: * Law enforcement agencies cannot perform the background checks required by state law for issuing an alien firearms licenses. * We cannot complete the application process or issue alien firearms licenses. http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/firearms/faalien.html
To PURCHASE a firearm in the US, you will need to be a citizen, or a permanent resident alien. However, some NON-resident aliens MAY purchase SOME firearms. If you are in the US on a student visa, and wish to go hunting, if you have a hunting license, you may purchase a rifle of shotgun without having a "green card". Inquire at a knowledgeable gun dealer. If you are an illegal alien, you may not purchase or possess a firearm.
It's Federal law, I think you must be a U.S. citizen.
It depends on where you are. In the U.S. each state sets its own requirements for obtaining a permit. Check the related link for more information.

No.
I had a student visa but went out of status Can i marry a green card holder and apply for a green card?"
== ==
A green card holder can receive loans. Those with a green card are able to apply for mortgages, and student loans for example.
you can. However it will take 5-6 years to obtain, so you need to update the pending application once you get citizenship.
First and foremost requirement to apply for US citizenship is that you need to be in US as a green card holder and more than 18 years of age. Only with continuous residence in US for 5 years as a green card holder you will be eligible to apply.
if you have legal papers from your spouse as a lawful green card holder then yes, you can but if your papers are not yet fixed, then there is no way you can get one.
Any child of a green card holder is eligible to apply, married or not. But the wait time for married children and children over the age of 18 is about 10 yrs.
Unfortunally, no. All you can do right now is wait for an immigration reform.
A "green card" is issued to immigrant aliens in the US- aka resident aliens. The holder of a green card may purchase firearms in the US. There are restrictions on NON-immigrant aliens buying firearms (they must meet certain criteria to do so) but Immigrant Aliens are treated as citizens are treated. The question asked on the form 4473 that a gun dealer must have you complete deals with Illegal Aliens, and non-immigrant aliens. PS- my wife of 40 years is a British subject- has her green card- and has purchased firearms- and has a concealed weapons license.
No, A US Green Card holder can't marry a Filipino and bring them back to the US. The spouse will need to apply for a Visa to be admitted into the US.
A US passport can be applied for and got only by a US citizen. Green card holder should apply for US citizenship first and then apply for US passport. As a visa or green card holder in US should have their home country passport. A green card holder can fly with green card itself provided abroad visit is for less than 180 days each trip. For more days they would require a reentry permit which they should apply for and get it approved before leaving US.Within US they can use green card or visa document itself.
As long as it doesn't require a security clearance, but that's highly unlikely.
