Yes, ish! I fitted a gutter mounted 90 rack to a 200tdi discovery. I had to bend the legs out a little to get it on but it did go on. If its a full length 110 rack though it will be too long, in which case you can sell it to me because I need one! :D

Some X-cargo carriers have hooks that catch the rain gutter (if the car as them), and would latch onto their and then the carrier just sits right on the roof. Personally, I don' t have a lot of faith in the security of this approach, but I have seen a lot of them on cars, and not seen any come off. . . I prefer a roof rack that is actually attached to something solid.
