Can a negative blood test be wrong after three missed periods because you've had 3 missed periods since coming off the pill but a blood test and hpt tests have been negative?

It sounds as though your system is takingg a while to get back into gear after coming off the pill. Give it time. I would certainly say you are not pregnant. To echo the excellent answer already provided, I just wanted to clarify something you said in your question; the blood tests that we do for pregnancy do not just come back negative or positive--they tell the exact level of the hormone associated with pregnancy that is in the body. If it comes back at non-pregnant levels, the person is not pregnant. If you are trying to get pregnant, I'm sorry that it has not happened yet; sometimes it takes quite a while after stopping BCPs. depending on what your pregnancy symptoms are, it may be something as simple as PCOS.

Hiya, I would think its completely normal. I missed 5months of periods. Its most common if you've just started. But then again if you havent it happens. You'll always miss periods, you just have to enjoy the time you have, because trust me, they'll be back before you know it. -Hope this helped.
