Can a non-custodial parent be charged for having a youthful driver in the household even if they visit infrequently and do not drive the car?

ask the ins company- I'm sure at the very least you could "exclude" your kid so they aren't part of the policy - but then your kid absolutely can't drive your car... my feeling is they'd let it go without your kid being "excluded", especially if your kid is included as a driver on your ex's insurance.

Are you a youthful offender? What did you do? yes i am. i was at the wrong place at the wrong time. and charged with robbery, and was givin 5 years probation. now i am off probation and i want to know can i become a armed security guard or police officer.

They can be recharged but you have to have a special charger for this purpose.
