No, the parent of a minor child is responsible for him/her until they reach the age of majority (usually 18) or until the court rules otherwise. If the parent believe they are unable to control the minor they can request assistance from state family/social services. If circumstances indicate the need, the minor can be removed from the parental home and made a "ward of the court". After social services completes their investigation they may file for a court hearing to determine what action if any, should be taken. Some of the options the court will consider are, the minor being returned to the family home, remanded by the court to a foster or group home, or the appointment of a temporary or permanent legal guardian.

Yes they can, if the child is a danger to other family members, is a violent criminal, drug addict or out of control. Most County or State departments have places for these Juvenile Delinquents whose parents can no longer take care of them. Unfortunately, many states require parents, if they're able, to help pay the expenses of their children in these institutions, until they turn 18. I think they can put the child in such an institution as mentioned above, but can't legally just put the child out on the street to fend for herself. But it does still happen, anyway.

Legally, yes they can. That being said, they must continue to provide shelter and care for you. This means they may remove you from their house and put you up at a supervised care center like a boarding school.

They cannot legally kick you out onto the streets. That is the crime of abandonment.

No. There will always be times when they don't follow your rules and then you need to find new ways of discipline them etc. You are obligated to support him until he is 18 and emancipated.

What rights do a parent have over and eighteen year old in Colorado?

He's an adult now and can do as he pleases. You can not tell him what to but you also have no obligations to support him. Of course if he still lives with you he should obey the house rules or he is free to leave or you can kick him out.

What right does a parent has when a parent of a 17 year male allows his 18 yr old girl friend to live with him under his parents roof?

Since the 18 year old is living under the parents roof, they can kick you out, they give you rules. It's like having a landlord. If you are talking about the rights of the parents of the 18 year old in the US, they have no rights. The girl is 18. However, after the baby is born, they can petition the court for grandparents visitation rights.
