As I had this problem, I know one answer that I received from my Opthalmologist. I had stressed the lenses in my eyes and was using the wrong glasses (Dime-store Readers). Go see your optometrist who may refer you to an opthalmologist. DO GO SEE an Eye doctor of your choice. Do not wait.
