Not likely. That would equate to almost 10 pounds a week for 52 weeks. A person of that size, who had that much weight to actively lose, would probably die from numerous other health issues before they got a chance to try and lose it. However, a person COULD lose that weight in theory. If a person was active enough to burn about 4,800 calories PER DAY for a year, they would in theory have burned off 500 pounds.

dude how much do you weigh?200 lbs is about 12 stone.that would mean a stone every month. can you do it.go to the gym every day as well as jogging evry day and you will achieve this goal.
