Yes....even if you have leads in both ventricles. In 20 plus years of performing CT scans at a very busy academic practice, there has never been a reported problem with a head CT in someone with a cardiac pacemaker.

Depending on the vintage of the pacemaker, the patient's need for the pacer's operation, and the option of using other imaging tools to diagnose the patient, it may be possible to image the patient with MRI under very carefully controlled conditions. This typically means having the cardiologist / electrophysiologist there during the scan, as well as someone to reprogram the pacer both before and after the MRI scan.
