No it cannot turn into a canker sore. It can get infected with staph or strep or other diseases. It can become systemic, especially if you squeeze on the pimple. Go to the doctor ASAP to get it treated so it does not become systemic. There have been people who had their brain infected because they got their pimples infected near the blood vessels that fed to the brain, especially around the nose and the back of the head.
