A minor can only be allowed to move with parental consent after a certain age. Pregnancy makes no difference. A minor is also not allowed to have sex (even if she's already pregnant) so moving in with the boyfriend would clearly increase the risk for that so that would not be appropriate. You are not even allowed to see your boyfriend, or him you, without the consent of both your parents. He is allowed to see the baby once it's born but seeing you is up to your parents just like it's up to his if he's a minor and you want to see him.
minor had not reached age of consent in her state by the time she had sex and her partner was at least 18, they certainly can since it's statutory rape. What the minor wants is irrelevant. The minor is not emancipated until she is 18.
As long as your parents say it is okay, it is legal. Otherwise you need to wait until you are 18 to move out of your parents' house.
If you live in the US, your rights in this regard can be summed up in one word--none. Being pregnant and/or having a child, does not give a minor any adult rights. You are merely a pregnant minor and you are still subject to the control and authority of your parents.
No. The fact that you are pregnant does not impart any special freedom. You are a minor and your parents are still legally responsible for you and your actions.
You can't do anything. At 15 you do not have the right to determine where you live. Even if you're pregnant you still don't have that right--pregnancy does NOT emancipate a minor.
In NV a minor who is at least 16 can petition the juvenile court for emancipation. You better have a better reason then wanting to live with your baby
Not automatically just because you are pregnant. Might also depend on where you live and how old you are.
No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor, so you are still subject to your parents rules and authority. And by the way, the age of sexual consent in CA is 18, so it was illegal for anyone to have sex with you.
You can't do anything. At 15 you do not have the right to determine where you live. Even if you're pregnant you still don't have that right-pregnancy does NOT emancipate a minor. When you turn 18, you can live wherever you want.
No, she is still a minor.
