There is no aspect of using a photocopier that adds risk to a woman's pregnancy, unless it might be lifting too much paper stock at one time.
The benefits from the presence of a photocopy machine will vary somewhat depending on how it is used. In general, being able to make one or more exact copies of a document immediately, without use of liquid chemicals and a darkroom, and without having to retype it using carbon paper, is the chief benefit.

You could do the same thing as with a pregnant woman: Get a vet to use the ultra sound machine on your horse's womb. I would suggest, though, that you just wait 'til the little guy is born. I don't know what that machine could do to your horse. Nor do I know if a horses skin is too thick for the machine.
