During the 3rd trimester(6-9 months) the baby will sometimes mess with the mothers "regular" schedule. But not always. Eating smaller meals and taking a stool softner works great. My doctor prescribed a pre-natal with a softner built in and I had no issues during my 3 pregnancies.
