This depends on the prostate cancer treatment. If the treatment includes radiation, it is recommended to have sperm removed prior to treatment, which can be implanted in the women. If the treatment included no radiation, but removal of the prostate gland, than a man can have children via IVF, where sperm are removed and implanted in the woman.
Although the father cannot have their own child, they can either have their partner inseminated with someone else's sperm (ie: a sperm bank) or they could adopt a child.

Have a baby....
I don't know if my answer is right, but if baby powder causes cancer, they would of taken it off the shelves ages ago. From my personal point of view, baby powder does not cause cancer. There is little or no research saying baby powder causes cancer. If it does, then the chances would be near astronomical because baby powder is very commonly used, with, as far as I know, no cases of cancer. (It is more likely that cases of cancer in patients who have used baby powder is pure coincidence.)
not really.breastfeeding can also cure breast cancer but obviously the baby doesn't get cancer!
