In some states, yes, you can. But since you are homeschooled, why not wait and graduate? You're not being homeschooled any more if you move out of your parents' house. You could try to become legally emancipated, but that may be a Catch 22, since graduating from high school is generally considered a requirement for it. Perhaps you could insist on going to a formal high school. If your parents won't let you, contact the counselor at the school and they may be able to help.
