A breaker can trip and still look like it is in the "on" position. However, if the power goes off and then comes back on then there is something wrong in the circuit, not the breaker. Once a breaker trips, it will not reset itself. There are things called thermal overloads that do reset themselves after a period of time but you would not have them in your home.

Make sure it is not the appliance or the light fixtures themselves. Check each one individually to see if it is causing the problem. If you can't find the problem you should get someone in to look for loose or faulty wiring BEFORE you smell smoke!

Long term moisture can oxidize the contacts and then cause this. Try a new breaker and keep your panel as dry as possible.

Women during the 1920's were breaking out of their typical stereotype created by society that they had to cook, clean, and be the housekeeper. Women began "running wild" by showing more skin and going against traditional family values for the era. the double standard however was that, despite this somewhat of a revolution, women still cleaned, cooked, and kept up with household chores. The poverty line (a standard showing the basic amount of money needed to live) shows when you are officially 'poor'.

Well, I don't know about puppies, but usually a clip for a Standard Poodle DOG'S tail is to shave it all, except a pompom left on the end. This clip is popular for showing and looks nice on white Standard Poodles

The kitten is likely not covering his poop because it's his way of showing that he is the alpha male in the household. There is no way to get him to cover his poop. He is asserting his dominance.
