No.
The only times the radiator would leak is if it was damaged, defective, or corroded.
have you flushed your radiator or changed the thermostat it could be stuck
A thermostat that is stuck in the closed position is a very common cause of overheating. A new thermostat should be installed every time the coolant is changed.
Thermostat stuck closed.
Low coolant, stuck thermostat, failed waterpump, plugged radiator, inoperative radiator fans, etc.
check coolant check for leaks.......radiator cap must be free of rust and tight....plugged radiator, heater core. change the thermostat its probably stuck shut
Stuck closed thermostat. Replace the thermostat.
The piston or spring on the thermostat could be stuck.
first , the thermostat could be stuck. try replacing it. if your radiator OS losing coolant, there may be a leak in the radiator causing it to overheat, or the water pump could be bad. thermostat is the likely cause if it is not losing water.
Blocked radiator, low on coolant, stuck thermostat, air in cooling system
The thermostat could be stuck, or the water pump may be bad. Removing the thermostat you can reconnect the system to see if water flows, if not then check your water pump.
You may be low on coolant. Check the reservoir and the radiator, if it is empty check for leaks in the system. If it is full you may have a stuck open thermostat causing no heat.
Low coolant, stuck thermostat, inoperative radiator fan, failed water pump, etc.
