Bicycle riding- even on a stationary bicycle - will offer a good, low impact cardio workout. As long as the boredom doesn't kill you, and as long it does get you decently sweaty and winded, it will be a good exercise. Or at least better than not doing it.

Got ya! You need to update your records...Denise Mueller, Team Project Speed, of Carlsbad, CA set the record in 2016 at Bonneville Raceway in Utah for the fastest paced speed on a bicycle for a woman. It was a 147.7 mph. The current world record for any human on a bicycle is close to 170mph. The bicycle is towed up to 100 mph by a vehicle and then riding behind the tow vehicle, it is released and the bicycle is pedaled up to the record. Ms. Mueller is a 15 time USA National Bicycle Racing Champion, had podiums at the World Championships and is an Ironman Finisher, along with being a mother of three grown sons and the CEO of her business.

Chickenpox does not affect fertility. Any woman can be infertile, but it has nothing to do with her chickenpox history.
