A french kiss involves the exchange of bodily fluids, (SPIT) and that can ruin a kiss for a young person. The best thing to do if you are going to kiss her is to keep your mouth shut. Since you asked, the best thing for an 11 year old to do, even though you are no longer a child, is not to kiss a girl on the mouth yet. Just be friends. Friends last longer that boyfriend/girlfriend relationships at your age. Holding hands means a lot to a girl. If she does not want to be kissed yet then you sticking your tongue in her mouth may ruin what ever relationship that you have.

∙ 11y agoYes, a 9 year old can kiss a 12 year old. However since there is a 3 year age difference between the two children, it might make some people (their parents, teachers, and other authorities) uncomfortable.
When the 12 year old turns 18 while the 9 year old is only 15, they will be subject to laws against them engaging in sexual activities, including kissing, since the 18 year old will be a legal adult and the 15 year old will still be a minor.
