this is not valid this is only guessing but your body produces adrenaline at the right amount at the necessary time but there are ways of artafitially putting it into your system like adrenaline needles which can probably harm or kill you if abused but again i am not one hundred percent sure
Not to alarm you, but, I was having severe headache after a "life threatening situation" in example; if I were to nearly escape a car accident, I would get an adrenaline rush, and then immediately a sever headache that lasted only about a minute. This happened every time I was scared. Later on I found out I had a pituitary tumor. It was large in size. After having surgery and medical treatment, those types of headaches went away.
