I don't know why any family would kick their own child out of the house, I highly doubt it. They may be kicked out of a store, but people need to understand that children with autism can't control themselves sometimes. They may be overwhelmed by so many people, it may be too loud, etc.
Yes, they can be. Having a disability doesn't instantly give anyone any additional rights, apart from protection against discrimination and the right to have your environment altered to suit your needs. If the autistic person is being evicted due to discrimination, then that would be a criminal act which can result in consequences for the landlord. However if there is no discrimination (for example, rent hasn't been paid or the landlord wants to sell the land) then yes, you can legally be evicted. The landlord is required by law to give notice in advance and allow some time for the resident to find alternative lodgings.
If you are worried, please see a lawyer or housing professional in your local social authority.
A person doesn't become autistic and being quiet doesn't make someone autistic - a person is born autistic.
An Autistic is a person with Autism.
A person is born autistic - they do not become autistic.
A person doesn't 'end up' autistic, a person is born autistic. Not all autistic people are non-verbal either.
A person cannot become Autistic, a person is born Autistic. Not speaking does not mean that a person has become Autistic, there are many reasons why a neurotypical person may stop speaking.
You can't - autism is an absolute, you are either autistic or you are not and there is no way that a person can become 'less autistic'. A person with autism can improve in areas such as commnuication, social skills, and functioning, this tends to happen naturally as autistic people get older and learn new skills, but it is helped by supporting and understanding the autistic person.
You must be referring to an autistic savant. Basically, its an autistic person who has savant syndrome.
Someone who is born on the autism spectrum/has autism spectrum disorder/is autistic. Often used in an offensive manner towards autistic people.
No, not all autistic people lack a sense of humour. There is a saying in the autism community: once you've met one autistic person...you've met one autistic person. autistic people are as different and varied as neurotypical people.
Not on that basis. But if the tenant violates the terms of the lease, they can be evicted regardless of that condition.
A person does not 'develop' autism - a person is born autistic.
No, you cannot get rid of your autism. If you're Autistic then your brain is autistic - it effects every single aspect of who you are, it is who you are as a person and that cannot be changed. You are born Autistic and continue to be Autistic throughout your entire life, which is absolutely fine. There is nothing wrong with being Autistic.
