What kind of transmission fluid for Honda Accord 1995 to use?

If your Accord is an automatic, use the Honda automatic transmission fluid. With a manual, the Honda manual transmission fluid. I'd strongly suggest using genuine Honda fluid over a substitute.

Has anyone out there successfully converted a Honda Accord LX 1984 from auto to manual on a small budget?

Why, certainly they have. Literally HUNDREDS of people every week trade their 1984 Accord LX with automatic in on 1984 Accord LX with manual. It's the only realistic way to go. If you were asking how to change a 1974 Volkswagen Bug from automatic (yes, there was an "automatic" transmission for a Bug) to manual, I'd tell you. But an Accord? They're extremely plentiful, in all the popular price ranges. No one's collecting them, and there's a good market for automatic-transmission Accords. So...trade the car in on the one you really want. NO

It depends on if it is a manual transaxle or an automatic transaxle. If it is a manual transaxle, you can use any SG-rated 5W30 motor oil. If it is an automatic transaxle, then you need DEXRON II Automatic Transmission Fluid.

Can you replace an automatic transmission on a 2000 Honda Accord ex v6 to a manual transmission?

Yes, that is possible. But you would need a donor car in order to have all the parts necessary. Otherwise the cost of doing this would be astronomical. My advice is to sell the Honda with an automatic transmission and buy a Honda with a manual transmission.
