No and Yes. If you get married to a US citizen you don't have to go back to your country. you just have to file alot of paperworks and pay alot of money. If you go back to your country, you can only come back if you have any relatives that are American citizen that can sponsor you over.
An illegal immigrant leaves their country to go to another country without having the proper requirements for them to migrate to the other country, while the legal immigrant went through the correct process and filings to leave his country to migrate to the other country legally.
To migrate is to move from one country, or place, to another. To emigrate (Latin emigratus 'migrate out') is to leave one's own country to settle in another. To immigrate (Latin immigro 'migrate in') is to come as a permanent resident to a country other than one's native land....so one country's emigrants are other countries immigrants.we emigrate from, and we immigrate to,that is the difference

Immigration of individuals in not as simple as of birds. When an individual wants to migrate from his nation to any other country he/she must follow various rules and regulations listed by those the immigration officials of those nations. An immigrant must be sure of1. Why does he want to migrate?2. What is his destination?3. Is he/she eligible to migrate? There is no option of illegal immigration (not the one which is official). Those who exercise this option are recognised as "refugee or as aliens". Honestly, it is better to try hard and survive in your own country than be at a foreign land as an illegal immigrant. (It is STRICTLY UNSOLICITED).Success of an immigrant depends on fulfilling all legal criterion and being at a foreign land and achieve what he/she desires to.Success of a nation in receiving immigrants is an altogether different aspect. Canada welcomes immigrants to satisfy its labor needs and so do majority of the other nations. Thus, success of immigrants is at two levels1st -> To land and settle in a foreign nation after successfully complying with requirements of passport, visa, medical examination and skills test (if applicable), etc.2nd -> To settle and flourish and let the economy of that nation benefit from your hard work.
All civilized nations follow internal laws that legitimize and protect its population. Whether it is a naturalized citizen, legalized resident or family members of citizens and non-citizens, these laws are written to distinguish a country's sovereignty.Emigrants wishing to migrate to countries are encouraged to follow the legal due processes that are written to protect a nation's citizenry. Therefore, those who willfully break these laws are considered illegal immigrants and are thus viewed negatively by both naturalized citizens and legalized immigrants.
