The address for The Camden County Correctional Facility is 330 Federal Street, Camden, NJ 08101. The link to the Department of Corrections website is below which contains additional information, such as visitation and inmate services. Unfortunately, there is no information about sending inmates letters on their website, but most prisons do allow inmates to receive mail. Mail will probably be checked out first before given to inmates. Their phone numbers are (856) 225-7618 and 225-7689.
The permutations of the letters ADDRESS if the two D's must be together is the same as the permutations of the letters ADRESS, which is 6 factorial, or 720, divided by 2, to compensate for the two S's, which means that the number of distinct permutations of the letters ADDRESS, where the two DD's must be together is 360.
