If you are concerned over 5 calories re gum, then you are in big trouble! You are starving yourself! A female needs no less than 1200 calories a day. This includes fish, chicken (some sea foods if so desired), lots of veggies and fruits, fibers from leafy green veggies and grains, dairy products (considered protein as well), 8 glasses of water a day to flush out fat and toxins of the body, and exercising every day (jogging, swimming, fast walking) or join a gym. I am sure you are losing weight on what you are eating, but only because your body is feeding off itself and if you don't stop and get with the program and start getting 1200 calories into your body you will end up at a young age having kidney, liver, stomach, gastric problems, colon problems and perhaps heart problems. Think about it! If you are anorexic and can't help yourself then please seek professional help. There is lots of good help out there. Many people that see themselves as fat when they look in the mirror simply aren't. An Anorexic for some reason sees themselves as fat even though their appearance can be skeletal. Professions can help change this way of thinking. Remember, none of us are totally happy with our bodies, but we do the best we can and the main thing is, to feel great with lots of energy and a lust for life. I don't mean this as an insult, but please, take up volunteering or do something you really like to do as a hobby such as artwork, digital imagery or Photography and it will help to get your mind off your weight.
