∙ 14y agoum well i don't have the x-box elite but im pretty sure you just have to sinc them. on the controller next to the battery pack, like on top of the controller there is this little button. hold that while holding the sinc button on the x-box and the lights on the controller should start flashing green and then it will stay glowing. After you do this once the controller will automatically sinc if you just hold the big x-box button on the controller.
