You just search the name on that side and try to download the movie with the highest amount of "seeders". That means the people who are letting you download it from them as in torrents, they are faster because you download pieces of the movie from different people. (P2P) Anyways, I have a 4mb connection speed and when I download a normal 700mb movie, it download at 475 kb/s and only takes 20 minutes.
