Not until we develop hundreds of years worth of technology.
Currently, man-made space shuttles are not designed for long-term space travel. At best, they are designed for orbiting our own planet and the moon.
To be able to visit Neptune, it would take years to develop a shuttle capable of travelling out that far. Then it will take a matter of more years to actually get to the planet since it is so far away.
There is also the issue of temperature. Neptune is absolutely freezing, currently, any human who gets close to Neptune would freeze in seconds. Electrical equipment such as surface exploration drones and landing space shuttles would freeze and malfunction.
So, with our current technology, no, astronauts cannot even get close to Neptune.
However, Neptune can be explored with orbital unmanned satellites.
No. Astronauts have only been as far as our Moon, not to any planets.
The only close look at Neptune came when the Voyager 2 space probe passed the planet in 1989.
(see the related link)
The nearest to Earth that Neptume can ever be is almost 12,000 times as far
as the moon. Maintaining the same average speed as the Apollo missions to
the moon, the trip to Neptune would take 96 years. And if anybody went there,
the job would only be half done, as they'd probably want to come back and
show us their photos.
No.
Humans would not survive on Neptune. See the related question.
No. Astronauts have only been 2 places-- Earth and the moon.
i know ufo came from there neptune area 51 Nevada groom lake underground base hangar 18.
Are you really sure about that?
No. No person has ever gone farther from Earth than the far side of the moon.
There have been no astronauts that have gone to Neptune. Nor is there any space exploration projects or programs called Neptune that I am aware of.
ALOT
I'd go with neptunequakes ;)
"it takes 20 earth days to reach neptune from earth"
At the moment, Astronauts cannot go to any planet but Earth.
Yes. Typically one looks to the sky to view Neptune.
There have , as of yet , been none .
No. Astronauts have never been anywhere near any astronomical bodies except Earth and the Moon.

by using a space capsule
it is too far out and it is too cold and astronauts don't have enough oxygen
None. No astronaut has gone farther than the moon. Neptune is murch farther away. Only one unmanned probe has visited Neptune: Voyager 2.
They follow the plant Neptune

No. You can't even go to Neptune. It's too far away. If you could get to Neptune, you would be crushed by Neptune's internal pressure long before you reached the core.
The Mercury astronauts were the first Americans to go in Space in 1961.
