Bedbugs can and will bite anywhere there is exposed skin. Assuming you have a full head of hair, it probably wouldn't be a first choice. However if you are bald are have extremely thin hair, it is possible.

Yes, they will bite pretty much anywhere skin is exposed. My girlfriend was bitten a couple of times on the eye lid. For the most part, the torso and limbs are more likely to be bitten.
