If they contain or are coated with chocolate your dog could be badly affected: chocolate is poisonous to dogs. If they are sweet donuts they could contribute to your dog getting ecxema, especially in a warm climate. Otherwise, a plain donut or two on occasion won't hurt. If you regularly feed donuts to your dog it could become overweight, which is a bad thing for dogs.
