It sounds like it's a canker sore. They are sometimes pretty painful, but aren't anything to worry about. They usually last about a week or less. If it doesn't go away or concerns you, go see a doctor or dentist.

HPV is not likely to cause a white bump at the tip of your tongue. See your dentist if the bump persists for more than two weeks.

Mouth ulcers can be caused by biting your lip or tongue. This would cause a painful little bump in your mouth.

The cause of the white bump on the tip of your tongue is, if your talking really fast you may accidentally bite your tongue and you may not notice it (I've done it plenty of times) and it's very annoying. Or if your eating and you bite your tongue, you may not be able to see it up close but it hurts! I call those lie bumps, Maybeh you should quit lying. Lol

The small white bumps on your tongue are called papillae. These are what your taste buds are on.

It is a small white bump on your tongue. it might start out as a red bump.

Its called an oral ulceration, or mouth ulcer. It can be from a sharp tooth, biting the tongue, having braces or sometimes can be a bacterial sore. It generally goes away with time and can be aided with an antiseptic mouthwash. See the related link for more information.

The red bump on the bottom of your boyfriend's tongue could just be a sore that he got while trying to pierce his tongue.

The bump, sometimes called a "lie bump", could be anything from a pimple to a cut. Eating sharp foods such as potato chips can cause these. They hurt because your tongue is filled with a great number of nerve endings, allowing for fluency in speaking and precision in eating, so a relatively small injury feels much bigger.

small red bump on the tongue is the intimation or symptoms of tongue ulcer.

nothing it means you havent been bruching your tougne enough!!!

White bumps on the tongue are most often the result of overly acidic, spicy, or hot foods that irritate your taste buds. Those taste buds become inflamed and grow little white heads to show how angry they are.

This could be keloid scarring. You should see your piercer to see what they think and if necessary see a doctor.

The 'bump' is a part of your tongue, if you are referring to the stretch of skin underneath. If you are referring to something else then please see a medical professional.

It is a type of herpes, just like a cold sore on your lip is a type of herpes virus.

if it hurts it could be a slight infection or maybe its just a bit of a irritation from the tongue bar.

Getting rid of a vaginal bump with white stuff depends on the cause and size of the bump. See your health care provider or local family planning center for advice specific to your situation.
