no a blood pregnancy test can scan for lower levels of pregnancy hormones then a pregnancy test. a blood test can usually be taken after two weeks ovulatsion. depending on when you ovulated if you know i surgest if you wish to find out if your pregnant before your missed period that you use a pregnancy test whitch can detect the pregnancy hormones 6 days early. it will be best for you to take this test with the first pee in the morning.
First thing to do is not to stress because stress can make u miss ur period. At five weeks u can detect hcg, u can detect it on a home pregnancy test at 2 weeks. you can be pregnant and not test positive on urine tests because the hcg is not spilling in your urine the only way to find out for sure is a blood test!!! good luck!!
Only thing that can tell you that is a pregnancy test! GOOD LUCKHome pregnancy tests can detect the HCG pregnancy hormone as soon as your first missed period. Doctors can detect the HCG hormone as early as 9 days past ovulation with blood work. It is usually safe for couples to share the news of their pregnancy with family and friends after the end of the first trimester, or 12 weeks gestation.
Usually, it can be indicated by a test around the first day of the missed period. Sometimes up to 4 days prior. I am 6 weeks pregnant now and my pregnancy home test detected it the day of my missed period..and if you go to the doctor the day of your missed period and they do a blood test, they will tell you if you are pregnant.Blood test is really the only certain/definate way.. I took a pregnancy test a week before my period was even due, with my first child and it came back positive.
Hello, A T.V (Trans-Vaginal) Scan will detect Fibroids during pregnancy. See your Doctor about this.
ASAP. Especially if you've already missed a period. Many of the newer meters can detect pregnancy before the first missed period. (or so they say)
Home pregnancy tests detect hormone levels in your urine. Those hormones take a few days to show up. Home pregnancy tests are becoming much more sophisticated, and are able to detect pregnancy sooner and sooner.
first go to the doctor, second I had a period the first three months with both of my pregnancy's. If the flow is brown that usually means old blood. Are you cramping? How heavy is the flow? Foremost GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!

I always advise that when you suspect pregnancy, a bood test is performed. You need to ask specifically for the following blood test and it can be performed now. The blood test you need is Quantitative beta HCG pregnancy blood test.
No, you cannot have a period the first month of pregnancy or at any other time during pregnancy. Menstruation occurs if the egg has not been fertilised, and you cannot menstruate during pregnancy.
